What is channelling ?

As I would say it, channelling is the art of bringing, by speaking, writing, or in the form of music, painting, sculpturing or the arts in general, or another medium of expression, information, e.g. a message, a hint, possibly an energy or maybe even "only" an impression "down" to the level, where the channel and the recipient are.  

This can be done for various purposses – amongst them healing, helping, transforming. Poetry, beauty (arts), music – transformation, enlightenment... everything is connected.

It is a means of getting information from beyond the level to which one currently seems to be restricted in one's daily life.
